Tech: Corona


Corona UK most recent campaign was ‘Corona Island’ – a campaign which gave customers the chance to win prizes ranging from hoodies and key rings to a trip to Ibiza after purchasing a bucket of Corona from participating outlets.
Objectives:
- Increase brand awareness
- Increase engagement
- Increase registrations
Strategy:
- Make the competition open to as many users as possible by allowing entry through numerous platforms: We built mobile, sms, Facebook and web entry mechanics.
- Promote the competition via email and social media to get surfers clicking through to find out more about the Corona Island promotion. We also designed and built a built a Facebook tab and ran a Facebook ad campaign. Facebook was integrated onto the coronaextra.co.uk so users could post details of the competition on their Facebook walls.
- Excellent Customer Service: We built an extremely detailed FAQs section and were on hand to help consumers with any technical issues they had, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum brand advocacy.
