Social Media: Carling Facebook


Objectives:
- Get as many Carling Facebook Likes as possible
- Interact with customers
- Go to where the target audience is and communicate with them there rather than asking the audience to come to the client
Strategy:
- Create a Carling Facebook section including tabs
- Give users access to exclusive giveaways/comps
- Update the status every weekday
- Create posts to get the audience talking and interacting with Carling
- Promoting the new page through FB ads, promos on carling.com and emails to the carling.com database
