Job Description

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Good understanding of and great enthusiasm for interactive creativity / digital media
  • Experienced in full lifecycle of technical development process
  • Management of planning, scoping, implementation and delivery of projects to meet technical, budget, timeline and client objectives
  • Management of communications and expectations for projects in production, including direct client management/liaison
  • Approvals management with all involved (both internally and with client)
  • Quality assurance
  • Anticipating and managing project risk
  • Project estimation and time-plans including management of cost, scope creep and delivery

The full time position of Digital Account Manager involves managing the client relationship and inter-agency liaison. Working in-conjunction with the FWM Project, Search & Technical teams and external creative, media, social & technical agencies. Reporting, analysis and insight on accounts and projects, and assisting the Account Director in making strategic decisions on client accounts. Based in Central London

Responsibilities
